Kempton's Birthday

Apparently when your kids' birthday is close together, it causes confusion...

For Kemp's 2nd birthday we celebrated all day long! We got up early and headed to the National Aquarium in Baltimore.  Its also where we went for Cohen's 2nd birthday! :)
The kids had a great time there! Here are some pictures...

LOVE my boys!
Kemp, Daddy and a shark

Cohen was scared of the sharks!

Not sure what they were doing!

The aquarium doesn't do a dolphin show like they used to. They also do not training at scheduled times, but rather they do training randomly through out the day. We were able to catch a training sessions while we were there.

After an exhausting day at the aquarium, we had the Gerdings over for Kemp's party.

Kempton picked out an Elmo cake :)

Cake before bed...best idea ever! Ha...woo!

Cohen and Uncle Jim trying out the Kemp's new ninja turtle toy!

And after a long, fun-filled day, he finally understood that it was his birthday. Mission accomplished!

Christmas Day - 2014

Waking up on Christmas morning is simply exciting and even more exciting when you have kids. The video below is when Cohen woke up and saw his gifts from Santa.

It felt like forever before Kemp finally woke up to discover what Santa had left...he was pretty much in awe! ;)

The boys loved the Disney World monorail that Santa brought them!

Time to open the stockings!

Cohen wanted this other Buzz Lightyear because he says some things in Spanish. With two kids, having 2 of one thing is never a bad idea!

Kemp's Rubble toy riding on the monorail!

The boys opening up their big Paw Patrol toys, Rubble and Marshall.

Our friends from daycare gave us some hot chocolate that seemed perfect to make on Christmas morning.

After we opened presents and relaxed a bit in the morning we headed over to Dan's Aunt Heidi's house for lunch/dinner. As usual it was a fun time with lots of laughs!

Kempton before he fell asleep! It was a long and exhausting day, but so worth it.
