Today was another gorgeous day here, which was great because we had planned to go to a pumpkin patch. After much searching and trying to pick the best one we went with Ticonderoga Farms. Many of the places were similar, but what sold us (mostly Dan) was the fact that you could roast s'mores there! :)
Arriving at the farm!
Giant Slide with Daddy
Another Slide with Daddy
And with Mom! A few short videos....
Back to pictures. Checking out the goats.
What are they looking at?
A Chicken! They were running around everywhere!
Watching the kids play on the giant pillow!
Cohen's turn, but he was a little nervous!
With Mommy on the giant pillow. It was pretty fun, but Cohen was a bit scared. It was really bouncy!
Waiting while Daddy roasts a marshmallow.
Eating a graham cracker while Dad creates "perfection" aka his marshmallow
I was showing Cohen what a perfect marshmallow really looks like. Not burnt like Dad's. Mine was just lightly toasted...perfection. :)
Little guy couldn't take his eye off Dad's S'more
Heading to the hayride!
Enjoying the hayride as much as he enjoyed the rides in Disney World! Haha!
Picking the perfect pumpkin....but Cohen didn't get this one! He got small one. Small boy = small pumpkin. Plus, the small pumpkins were free with admission! ;)
Dan walking on the water with his pumpkin.
Mom and Cohen on the playground ship
Playing on a fort. Isn't this picture adorable!?
Love the drool!
I had such a fabulous day with my boys! There were so many things to do at the farm that nothing was really crowded. Cohen did great, and we all had a lot of fun!
Tonight Dan went to get his hair cut so I got to have Cohen all to myself! :) We love playing with Daddy, but it's fun to have some mommy and Cohen time. He was in such a good mood. I didn't want to give him a bath and put him to bed, but I had to! Anyway, I got some pretty good videos.
Dinner time at our place. It isn't always this crazy, but it's close!
In the next video I was trying to teach him how to give kisses, but he was just interested in putting his fingers in my mouth and trying to grab my lips and biting my nose and well, lets just say the lesson didn't go too well! At least Cohen seemed to think it was a little fun!
And Cohen takes a couple steps. I finally caught it on video.
I absolutely love this little guy and cherish every single moment with him.
Today we ventured to the University of Maryland to participate in an Infant Action Understanding Study. Cohen did an amazing job there. Basically he sat on Dan's lap, watched someone grab a toy and then he was suppose to grab the toy with the lights on and then with the lights off. He wore a "stretchy cap" that measures brain activity. He didn't cry or fuss when the cap was put on. He was just a little confused. I sat in the other room and watched him on a monitor. They had night vision cameras so I could see when he tried reaching for the toy with the lights off. He made it through the entire study with very little fussing. The people doing the study were very impressed. It was long, and I wasn't sure it was ever going to end! :)
After the study we walked around the University of Maryland campus a bit. We had a snack in the student union and looked at the football field. That's about it!
Cohen was given a toy for participating. It's a bath toy, but he enjoyed it more out of the bath rather than in the bath. He was a little scared of it. Oh well! Dan and I got $20...works for me! We just wanted to see him in the stretchy cap! :)
Happy Birthday to my Daddy, my Uncle Tom and my cousin, Tyson!!!! I'm really sad that I can't go to Tyson's birthday party, but I will see him soon! And I heard that we're celebrating Daddy's and Uncle Tom's birthday with cupcakes tomorrow...mmmm!

And check out this picture of Dan and Tyson 5 years ago on their birthdays! :)
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile! My computer has been on the fritz lately. It is pretty slow and my charger doesn't really work. Needless to say, it has been a bit frustrating. Anyway, here is a quick video of Cohen. He just loves playing in his ball pit, especially with Dad! (I promise, I do play with my child. Dan just doesn't ever really record anything!)
I'm just trying to catch up on posting pictures. Here you go!
I'm sure that Dan would love that Kobe is in this picture...I'd show him right now, but he is sleeping. Yes, sleeping during Monday Night Football. He tries so hard to stay awake....maybe next week!
