At the end of April we took Cohen to the B&O Railroad (which I learned is a real place and not just in the Monopoly game) in Baltimore for Day out with Thomas. There were lot of things to do and see there and he had a pretty good time. I think that he would like it even more now that he really likes trains! When we went he was just getting into them.

Model trains to watch
Walking around. There was a lot a space and not a lot of people so we figured we could kind of let him run a bit, but he didn't really want to (figures!). He wanted to be carried most of the time.
LOVED playing with the trains!
Getting ready to take a ride with Thomas.
A nice family offered to take our picture with Thomas...really? This is what you did?? At least we got a family picture...too bad you can't see Thomas!
So the issue with taking a train ride is that it is similar to having a toddler on an airplane! There isn't really anything fun to do and he wanted to move around. He didn't care that Thomas was taking us for a ride! It was a LONG train ride. He didn't do too bad, but it wasn't as fun as I had envisioned!
Cohen was flirting with the girl who was sitting in front of him :)
His junior conductor certificate.
Eventually he sat nicely and cleaned his face with a wipe...works for me!

His next favorite part after playing with the trains was listening to story time!
Haha. And then they also had a petting zoo, pony rides, a carousel, a play area and a mini train to ride. So much too do!
Love,
Katie
