21 Months

Another month closer to my baby turning 2! Yikes!

Cohen has done well with the transition to our new place. We walked in the other afternoon and he yelled, "home!" That was refreshing. I'm glad that he doesn't hate the place! He tumbled down a few stairs and now refuses to climb up or go down by himself, which I'm ok with because they made me a bit nervous. Until we get settled and unpacked he sleeps in our room. We are going to wait until we get his toddler bed until we transition him to his room. Hoping that goes well! :)

Cohen is just talking up a storm lately. He will repeat nearly everything we say and says a lot on his own.

My favorite thing that he does lately is when we ask him if he wants something and he'll say, "no (whatever the item)" 

For example, I will ask him, "Do you want applesauce?"

He will say, "No applesauce."

He will do it all the time! He always has to repeat the item. The other day we were in the car and I started singing Row, Row Row Your Boat and Cohen said, "no row row!"

Cohen will say, "carry you, Mommy" when he wants to be carried :)

 Cohen loves animals... especially elephants, monkeys, giraffes, tigers, birds, ducks. 

He loves trucks, cars, trains, airplanes and buses. He especially likes playing with his mail truck still!

His favorite movies right now are Lion King and Dumbo. 

He likes watching Mickey Mouse, Little Einsteins, Chuggington, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Gaspard and Lisa and lastly, much to Mom and Dad's dismay he aways loves watching Thomas and friends.

He will stay up until we put him to bed. He hardly slept at all today and is still going strong at 9:30pm, even though his normal bedtime is 8-8:30.

Cohen is a really good at listening and doesn't give us too much trouble. He is a bit impatient at times...not sure where he gets that from ;)

I don't have a ton of recent pictures of Cohen that don't go with other posts. So here are just a few for now. 

 We went to our old place yesterday to gather some remaining items. They just opened up a Frozen Yogurt place across the street called, Sweet Frog. It's probably best that we don't leave there anymore! Mmmm.....

 Cohen loves his cherries! :)

 I don't really have any recent videos either, but here are a couple. Nothing too exciting. Just talking about Randall from Monsters, Inc.....
