Happy Halloween!

If you had to pick out one toy from this pile, which one would you pick!?!? :)

Happy Halloween!

On Saturday, we went to a mall to go trick or treating. It was very busy but still fun! For those of you who do know (shame on you) Cohen is dressed up as Nemo from the Disney Pixar movie "Finding Nemo." It is a must see movie! We think so anyway!

Cohen wanted to walk around the mall. He did a great job, but is still stumbled a bit and was pretty slow. He had some extra padding in case he wiped out though!

The fin on his head didn't fit too well, so we took it off...he was still pretty cute!

For some reason he liked playing under this sign, and threw a little fuss when we took him away from it. Strange kid sometimes...

He got a lot of compliments at the mall on his costume and a lot of kids shouting, "NEMO!"

On Sunday we went to the "Boo Bash" at our apartment complex.

Cohen kept wanting to go outside..brrrr!

Cohen won Best Overall Costume in the costume contest. His prize? A certificate saying that he won...blah. Really? The adults who won the contest won Target gift cards. Oh well.

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Lien for the card, money and treats! And thank you Great Grandma Jonas for the card and dollar! So thoughtful!

10 Months

Only 2 more months until our baby is 1? Wow! :)

We have thoroughly enjoyed every stage of our sweet little Cohen. It is amazing how much he has changed month after month. We love watching him grow and learn every day.

Some things Cohen has been up to...

I would say that he is walking! He can walk pretty far, but is still a bit wobbly or clumsy at times.

He has 8 teeth. Four on top and four on bottom

He wears size 12-18 months for shirts, but 12 month pants are generally a little big on him. Unfortunately he only has one pair of 9 Month pants (they fit perfectly), but I'm sure it won't be long until he fits into his 12 Month pants.

He usually goes to bed sometime between 7-8 and we usually have to wake him up to get ready for daycare around 6:50-7. It seems like he has been sleeping in a little on the weekends until maybe about 7:30.

He loves his blue and white blanket (Thanks Tonya and Angie!), but only gets it when he is in his crib.

He drinks bottles when he wakes up and before he goes to bed and a couple 4 or 6 ounce bottles throughout the day.

We have been working on using a sippy cup.

He eats mostly anything. He loves toast, peas, carrots, bananas, pears, scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, french toast...that's all I can think of right now!

He loves when Mommy and Daddy chase him.

He likes when we brush his teeth.

He is obsessed with opening the cupboards

He loves to mimic us! His latest saying is uh-oh!

He just loves to play with kids and be around others.

He gives high fives and low fives

He often gets compliments on his hair and his eyes!

He has a lot of energy and doesn't prefer to sit still...ever! :)

That's all I can think of for now!
