9 Months! A picture from this morning!
Height: 29 inches (75th percentile)
Weight: 20 lbs (45th percentile)
He wears all sorts of sizes. The outfit in the picture is 9 months (perfect, huh?) He wears 12 months but can also wear 6 months and the other day he wore a 3-6 month sweatshirt! It all depends on the brand.
He is a pretty good sleeper. He usually goes to bed around 7:30-8 and wakes up between 5:30-6. He will then usually go back to bed for a little bit after a bottle. Naps are very random. He will usually take 3 short ones or two longer ones. Or like he did at daycare today take one 40 minute nap! His naps really are random.
He loves his blue and white blankie! He only wants it when he is tired, but it is so sweet the way he cuddles with it.
He is a good eater, but tries to tell us what he wants or doesn't. He has tried lots of new things including, cooked carrots, pancakes, avocado, toast and bananas. We still get nervous about him eating things, but I think we are getting better!
He has four teeth on top....
and three on the bottom!
He crawls very quickly and gets into anything and everything!
He is getting better at standing by himself every day. No steps yet, but he's thinking about it!
He can read.... :)
He still mostly says Dada, but also says many other sounds. I think his newest one is nana.
He pulls off his socks (he is holding his sock in this picture) and hates having on hats or anything on his head or anyone elses' head....
...but sometimes I can sneak his "helmet" on his head and he won't notice for a few minutes!
He may leave his shoes Kobe Zoom Vs on his feet...
...but he'll untie the laces.
He can take off his pants and levitate toy cars! Haha!
Funny thing. Dan says " I didn't know that you just put him in the playroom in his diaper." Me- "what? I put pants on him" I don't know how he did it, but he definitely took them off!
He does get shy and mostly just wants his Mommy and Daddy. Can you blame him? Just kidding. It's hard because he isn't really around a lot of other people besides his teachers at daycare. He definitely is into staring at strangers, just not a fan of getting too close!
