1 Year..Happy Birthday Cohen!

Our baby is 1!! It's amazing to think everything he has learned and accomplished in the last year.  To go from this...a sweet-tiny-cuddly-burrito-wrapped-peanut....

To this... messy-ravioli-eatin'-energetic-funny-sweet-absolutely adorable boy...

It is just amazing! Dan and I are so excited to celebrate his birthday with him. He is such an amazing little boy and deserves the best. We are taking him to Chuck E Cheese tonight to celebrate, and then having another birthday party for him next week when we go back to MN.

Here's so info about what he's been up to lately.

Not sure of his exact height and weight stats and with the Holidays we couldn't get in for his one year appointment until January 6, so I'll have to update that later!

He is wearing 12 month pants and 12 or 18 month shirts

He goes to bed anywhere from 7-8 and gets up between 5:30-7. It all just depends on his schedule that day.

He eats mostly anything, but is picky at times.

He is running and climbing on everything.

He sometimes gets to play in the toddler room at daycare and just loves it!

He can say ball, dada, hi, mama, papa, baba

He mimics other random things we say like oh man, thank you, and oh well

He loves walking around!

He sits down nicely and lets me put on his shoes (I'm shocked by this!)

Still loves to brush his teeth and throws a mini tantrum when I take away his toothbrush.

He is starting to figure things out like putting a lid on something and takes his time looking at things to figure them out.

That's all I can think of for now! I'm sure there is a lot more to write, but I just can't think of anything else! Here are the most recent pictures that we have that haven't been posted yet!

We let Cohen open one present this morning that came last week from Grandma and Grandpa Lien. He'll open the rest tonight!

Happy Birthday Cohen Maddox!!! Mommy and Daddy love you!!

Reading the card! What a sweetie!

Yay! Got it open! Then came a slight tantrum because mom couldn't get it out of the package fast enough. :)
