Nationals' Game

About a month ago we went to the Nationals baseball game in DC. We went because Stephen Strasburg was pitching and our seats cost $4 (and they were even in the lower level!) It was a perfect night. We went 2 years ago to see Strasburg pitch, but he ended not pitching at the last minute and then he was out all last year because of an injury. Anyway, we had fun at the game! Here are some pictures....

When you walk in you are greeted by some presidents! These are the guys that run around and do the Presidents' race after the 4th inning.
Cohen was a little unsure...can't blame him!

The Presidents' Race. Although Teddy Roosevelt is in first, he didn't win and has never won the race. Fun fact for ya. :)
Cohen and my boss, Craig. Cohen, the kid who usually only wants his mom or dad, was attached to Craig.

Craig, Cohen and Abe
Dan's first attempt to take a picture of us and Abe. Hilarious. I'll cut Dan some slack, Abe is pretty tall!

Cohen's entertainment. Playing with a straw in my diet Coke. At that point it was just ice in there , but he would lick any water that was on the straw and put the straw back in there to try to get more.

And when that stopped entertaining him...he would walk up and down the stairs..and up...and down...and up...and down....

Whatever makes him happy (within reason, of course!)

Love,
Katie
