Learning, Exploring and a Little Bit of Cuddling

We love being around Cohen and cherish every second with him. I can't express how much we love him. It still makes me sad that no one really ever gets to see him or play with him besides me and Dan. He is just plain awesome. Anyway, here are some pictures from this past weekend. Cohen is a very active little boy. He almost never sits still. He is constantly learning and exploring as you can tell from the pictures!

Dumping out his box of stuffed animals

Making sure that they are all out!

I was sitting next to his toy bin. He used me as a stepping stool and climbed into his toy bin. Pretty sure he would have stayed in there all night if we would have let him!

He has recently learned how to climb onto his space vehicle. He will also open up the seat and climb in the little empty space. He will then try to close the lid, while he is still in it!

And then he tips it over and climbs on it!

There ya go, buddy! And some times he use it as it is meant to be.

A few of you may recognize a special blankie in the next pictures. For those of you who do not recognize it, it was my blanket when I was little. It has made it through the years and somehow made it to Maryland. Cohen found it in the box of stuffed animals the other day. He became obsessed with it. The blanket has been very well "loved" and is pretty fragile, so even though I do not use it anymore (promise), I still was nervous when Cohen was playing with it. Did you see the pictures above?? The kid can be a little destructive! No need to rip it to shreds! He did ok with it though!

Playing Peek-a-boo!

So Cohen has been making this face lately. He sticks out his bottom lip and scrunches his face. It's pretty funny. This isn't his best one, but it's hard to capture it on camera. There is another picture of it coming up. Anyway, it is pretty funny. Dan calls it his "sour beer face" which is weird. Dan doesn't drink beer and I'm pretty sure he's never had sour beer, if such a thing exists...anyway....

Mom bought new tubs...YAY! Haha! We set two of them up like that and he kept crawling back and forth and sitting in them.

A Parkay Tub is a fun toy, too!

It's not exactly the face, but it's close

Once and a while this little sweetie will settle down and cuddle with Mom or Dad, and it is the sweetest thing.

Love,
Katie
